What is included in a house visit?
Every visit includes a full interior and exterior walkthrough. We check for signs of water intrusion, leaks, humidity issues, heat and electrical function, visible pest activity, storm damage, and any changes to the property.
We also run taps, flush toilets, check under sinks, inspect windows and doors, and walk the perimeter of the home.
After each visit, you receive a detailed report with photos so you can see exactly what we saw.
What if I am home for the summer and don’t need 12 month care?
That is common as folks with seasonal homes here want to be on the South Shore as much as possible. We bill monthly so you can simply cease services based on when you’re home, or maintain a yearly schedule if you’re coming and going and need help to check on the house or stock fridges, manage projects, etc.
What happens if you find a problem?
Nor’easters are real here! So are hurricanes, floods and snowstorms. If we find anything concerning, we notify you immediately with clear documentation and our recommended next steps.
With your approval, we coordinate directly with trusted local trades and oversee the issue until it’s resolved.
Our role is not just to identify problems, it’s to help solve them quickly and responsibly.
